• Parental responsibility. We do not operate, endorse, or guarantee any listed venue, event, or program. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for determining suitability, supervising their children, and assessing safety at any activity.
• Third-party links. This site links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
• Event submissions. By submitting an event, you confirm the information is accurate and the activity is family-friendly. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission.
• No commercial guarantees. Listing on this site does not constitute an endorsement. Paid or sponsored listings, if any, will be clearly labeled.
• Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

What we collect:

• Feedback and event submissions. If you submit feedback or an event, we receive the information you provide (name, email, event details). This is sent via your email client and stored in our inbox.
• Newsletter sign-ups. If you opt in to updates, we collect your email address through a third-party email service provider to send occasional product updates, new city launches, and featured events. You can unsubscribe at any time from any message we send.
• Anonymous analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which filters are popular, which activities are clicked). This data is anonymous and not linked to your identity. We do not use cookies for advertising or sell any data to third parties.
• No accounts. There are no user accounts, passwords, or profiles on this site.

How we use your data:

• Feedback is used solely to improve the site.
• Event submissions are reviewed and may be added to our listings.

Third-party services: We use a third-party email service provider to deliver newsletter updates. Your email address is stored by that provider solely for the purpose of sending you our messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, which will remove you from our list.

Data storage: Feedback and event submissions are stored in a private email inbox. Newsletter email addresses are stored by our email service provider.
